Primed Presence™ is a product of Presence on Purpose, LLC. Although it is hosted at a separate domain (primedpresence.com), it is operated by the same company, governed by this same Privacy Policy, and shares a single account and customer record system ("CRM") with presenceonpurpose.com. If you have an account or have opted in on one domain, that same record may be used to manage your access, billing, and communications across both.

By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or use the Services.

6. Events and Live Programs

If you register for or attend a live or virtual event hosted by Presence on Purpose, we may collect your name, contact information, and payment details for registration purposes. At in-person events, we may also capture photographs, video, or audio recordings that include attendees for use in future marketing materials. By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing in advance that you do not wish to be recorded or photographed.

7. The Primed Presence™ AI Practice Tool

Primed Presence™ (primedpresence.com) is an AI-powered practice tool offered by Presence on Purpose. When you create an account and use it, we collect additional information beyond what is described above, including:

• Account credentials and subscription/billing status
• The content of your practice sessions — including text or voice input you provide during a roleplay scenario, the AI-generated responses you receive, session history, and any difficulty level or scenario selections you make
• Usage data such as session frequency, completion rates, and engagement with in-app prompts

You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human coach, therapist, or licensed professional. Primed Presence is a leadership-practice tool and is not a mental health, therapy, medical, or crisis service, and session content should not be treated as such. Please do not enter sensitive medical, financial account, or government identification information into a session.

We may use de-identified or aggregated session data to evaluate, train, and improve the Primed Presence AI and related features. We do not sell session content, and we do not share identifiable session content with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (for example, the third-party AI model provider that powers the tool) or as required by law.

If your access to Primed Presence is provided through your employer or another organization (a "Corporate License"), that organization may be able to view aggregate or individual usage and progress data as described in the applicable corporate licensing agreement. We will notify you at sign-up if your account is provisioned under a Corporate License.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your data, and the right to opt out of certain types of data sharing (such as for targeted advertising).

a. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, to the extent applicable. Practice session content is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a limited period afterward, so that you can review your own history; you may request earlier deletion as described in Section 9.
