a) Information you provide Account & profile data: name, email, password(s) or SSO identifiers, phone, role/title, company, profile photo, interests, time zone. Membership & learning data: course enrollments/progress, certifications, quiz results, forum posts, community messages, uploaded files, and support requests. Transactions: billing contact, purchase history, and limited payment metadata. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Communications: survey responses, testimonials, reviews, trouble tickets, and emails/messages with our team.
b) Information collected automatically
Usage & device data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, approximate location (city/region), and performance diagnostics.
Cookies & similar tech: cookies, local storage, pixels, beacons, and SDKs for authentication, preferences, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and performance.
c) Information from third parties
Integrations & platforms (examples): WordPress plugins (e.g., MemberPress for memberships), HubSpot (CRM/forms/email), Stripe (payments), learning/community tools, webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom), video hosting (e.g., Vimeo/YouTube), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4), and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
Social sign-ins & embeds: if you connect or interact via social networks or embedded media, those providers may send us information per their policies.
Referrals/partners: we may receive lead/contact details from partners or event co-hosts.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health, precise geolocation, government IDs), and our Services are intended for adults (see “Children’s Privacy”).

Where an AI tool is provided by a processor, your data is handled under our data processing agreements.

10) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults and emerging leaders 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our Services may link to or embed third-party sites, videos, or tools. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

Anything you post in public or member-visible areas (forums, chats, comments, showcases) may be viewed by others and, in some cases, indexed by search engines. Please avoid sharing personal or confidential information in public spaces.
13) Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe (or a similar PCI-compliant provider). We receive transaction confirmations and limited billing metadata but not full card numbers. Your use of a payment provider is subject to their privacy policy.
